Our manual pallet instructions do not approve the new FR5 pattern

I've kept the current manual packing sheet separate from the proposed FR5 layer drawing. Someone has now attached the manual sheet's approval to the robot proposal. The turned cartons are different positions, with support strips over finger gaps. I have returned it for a joint packaging and tooling review.

Who is responsible for the combined review? The current manual approval cannot be transferred to a different arrangement by attaching the same sheet.

Our project engineer owns it. Both teams now have the proposed pattern and current carton construction. The manual sheet remains valid for the existing process only.

Has packaging assessed the turned positions against the lower layer and pallet yet, or only acknowledged receiving the proposal?
