I ordered Universal Robots UR5e from an unnamed seller in China with tooling confirmed in a sample trial for loading lightweight inspection pieces. The arm arrived, but the tool connection adapter differs from that setup.
The seller calls the replacement kit equivalent without showing it handling our samples. I've waited 11 days for clarification and paused our tooling review before installation.
