I cannot locate our FR10 and tray gripper because the seller's handover reference and the freight agent's awaiting-receipt reference do not match; 43 days of asking has produced both numbers several times, but nobody has shown where the physical package was last received.

Who signed for the package at the reported handover, Aaron? Ask that party to link the crate marks to the next warehouse receipt. The reference mismatch may be administrative, but it does not tell you where the order is.
