Fairino FR5: How do I connect a collection booking to our crate?

Our unnamed seller in China says it handed over Fairino FR5, including the tray handling gripper, to a freight agent. The agent says it's waiting for warehouse receipt and uses a different reference. I've spent 5 days asking where our order is. We bought it for placing housings in trays, and neither message gives me a confirmed location.

@FelixChen1154 What are the two documents actually called? A collection booking and a warehouse receipt would mean different things.

@RachelAli0261 One's a collection booking. The agent's reference has no arrival event. Our packing list includes Fairino FR5 and the tray handling gripper, but neither message links a received crate to it.

@FelixChen1154 Give each party the two references and the crate identifier in private correspondence. Request a mapping between the references and confirmation of the last physical receipt of that crate.

@RachelAli0261 One message to both, then? I'm tired of carrying vague answers from one inbox to another.

On my own freight order, a shared message helped. Each contact could see which reference the other was using, so I stopped being the translation department.

@OliverArcher0363 Yes, use your established contacts. Once they map the references, the location should be clear.

@RachelAli0261 The reference mapping might connect administrative records without establishing physical receipt. You would still need evidence of where the crate went.

True, I skipped a step. Mapping identifies the shipment; a receipt or custody confirmation establishes a handover. Ask for both.

Could collected and not at the warehouse both be true?

Yes, they could describe different stages. That's a possibility, though, not an explanation we can assume for your shipment.

That helps. I've been reading them as direct contradictions. I'll ask which physical step each message describes.
