I matched a connector-loading video to a message screenshot and then noticed the screenshot names another fixture. Same general pose, different occurrence. The seller has been asking for more information, and I've given them a rather misleading pair. I'm withdrawing that attachment combination and rebuilding one identifiable report.
Use one occurrence time with its actual fixture identifier, program step and message. Can maintenance retrieve a matching event instead of relying on the screenshot folder order?
Tell the seller which attachment is being replaced, so the earlier pair does not keep turning up in their technical reply. We had a corrected drawing lose an argument to an old email attachment.
New report sent, explicitly replacing the wrong pair. Fixture identity, step and message are together. Thanks Rachel; I nearly just added the new file beneath the old one.
Ask their technician which condition in that step needs the next capture. That should give your shift a specific request rather than another general plea for more video.
And let the shift lead know which original screenshot is unassigned. A corrected seller ticket won't stop someone locally reusing the same familiar image.
