Which freight reference actually contains our UR5e order?

The seller says our UR5e and tool cable went to the freight agent, but the agent says its booking is awaiting receipt. They are quoting different references. I have the packing list and a photograph of the crate label, yet neither reply says where that crate is now.

Send both references and the crate-label photograph to both contacts. Ask them to link the seller's dispatch record to the agent's receiving record.

Thank you, Omar. They have linked the references, but the agent says the booking covers two crates and only one has a receiving scan. Nobody has identified the scanned crate's contents yet.

Ask for the received crate's label against the packing list. I would not assume the arm arrived and the cable did not merely from the crate count.
