Can the seller provide a collection receipt naming the crate mark, collector and receiving destination, so the agent can link its reference to the same physical package?
Seller sent a collection booking, not a signed pickup receipt. It has our crate mark and a local haulier name. Agent still has no warehouse receipt, so I have asked the haulier whether collection actually occurred.
Does that haulier have a named person handling the search, Oscar, and is the gripper confirmed inside the marked arm crate rather than assigned an untraced second package?
