Our recorder now captures both edges of the fixture confirmations, so this FR5 spacer-loading ticket has more than my phone clip. The snag is the interpretation: support calls seated the carrier latch, while our fixture sheet uses it for the removable insert. I want them to name the installed signal before they diagnose another missed transition.
Program uses carrier-latched. Support's latest explanation expects insert-seated. I've sent the fitted carrier and insert identities with the program revision and trace. No missing edges in this occurrence.
Then ask both authors to agree which physical conditions the job needs and how each is represented. Renaming a screen label won't create an insert confirmation the delivered fixture does not provide.
They compared it. Delivered fixture provides carrier-latched only; an earlier design had separate insert detection. Support had that earlier design open. Technical review now covers the actual delivered arrangement.
Has the package author explained what the installed job should do with only that carrier confirmation, rather than just admitting the reference was old?
And keep the original trace tied to the delivered arrangement. It should help test the eventual correction without turning the obsolete design into a suggested setting for your fixture.
Author found the loaded job retained a wait for the earlier insert confirmation. Integrator has a defined corrected package and the actual fixture assumptions for review. We haven't completed its return checks yet.
