Our fixture-unloading sketch reaches the polymer blank but excludes the gripper body and open machine door; what should I have reviewed before the FR10 choice becomes an order?
Ask for the required open state as well. Once the blank is released, the empty tool can be wider than the loaded picture (easy detail to miss if every image centres the part). The integrator needs to place those states in the actual sequence.
Is the output tray position settled? I'd like the route to end where the blank is actually going, rather than just outside the door where the sketch runs out of enthusiasm.
Output tray location is fixed, Anil, and its rim has not been included in the release view either; both missing geometries are on the integrator's request now.
Does the proposed base also leave access for the setter's fixture-removal task? Robot withdrawal and manual changeover are different routes through that area.
The combined review has found the open fingers overlapping the output-tray rim after release, while the loaded withdrawal clears the surveyed door; Reece, the setter's task is still awaiting review.
That explains why a closed-tool pickup picture looked convincing. A different finger arrangement might help, but the toolmaker would need to assess its hold and release, not just make the overlap vanish in CAD.
Can the output-tray owner consider a different rim arrangement, or is fixed location also being treated as fixed tooling? I'm asking about an alternative for review, not telling you to cut a tray.
Location is fixed by the downstream bench, but the tray itself is ours to review; we've asked for both a tray alternative and a revised-finger proposal, with neither selected yet.
