I've matched the sleeve stop to its step and installed insert now. Support wants the receiving confirmation from the same occurrence, but our phone clip only shows the message. Can we use the PLC author's existing trace before arranging another recording?

Yes, if the author can link that trace to the occurrence and identify the relevant confirmation. Preserve any missing physical observations as unknown; a signal trace will not supply the view your camera missed.
