I've kept the old failed brackets as examples, not a pass-rate sample. Now the proposed observation sheet names the fixture base but not the removable locating blocks. Stores has two block sets under that base number. How should fabrication and quality identify the actual arrangement before the next bracket comparison?

Give each fitted block set a traceable identity and link it to the setup used for that batch; include the locating arrangement, not just a stores label that both sets share
