Our delivered controller panel has different labelled connections from the guide, so I've kept the FR5 setup unpowered; how do I get the seller to answer that specific mismatch instead of confirming the model we already ordered?
Send the panel overview, readable assembly identities and the exact guide page, then ask which document applies to that delivered configuration. The model name is only the beginning of that question.
Ask for the technician's name or a technical case contact. Otherwise checking with someone can become a very comfortable waiting room. Has your installer described the connection they cannot identify in plain terms?
Kai's right. Also distinguish the controller panel from any added interface box in the overview. A guide for the arm may not describe everything the package supplier fitted around it.
Once they answer, give the installer and the person maintaining the handover the same applicable files. We have had purchasing receive a revision while the practical instructions continued to point at an older attachment.
That gives them a concrete configuration to answer for. I would still wait for the installer to review the applicable instructions, not treat finding the extra box as an explanation of how everything connects.
Yes, the technician says our attachment omitted its supplement and is checking the correct issue; no supplement received yet, and the installer still has the setup on hold.
