The seller has twice resent that guide. Which label details should I put in one request to help them identify the right revision?
Cabinet and pendant identifiers, plus the guide revision and a clear exterior photo; ask them to name the matching document, not merely attach another PDF.
That got a useful answer. The seller acknowledged a cabinet revision mismatch and sent a different guide. Our technician is checking the identifiers before we continue; it remains unpowered.
