I taught everyone to start the housing sorting job. I omitted empty pockets and interrupted runs from handover. Now those cases bring a call to me. This is a training gap I created. I need to explain the decisions without making operators guess which housing was processed.
Start with one actual interruption and ask an operator where the screen stopped helping. Then get the process owner to agree what they can decide and what needs escalation. A longer start-up lesson won't fill that hole.
