The carrier page has no acceptance event beneath the electronic information entry. I checked our order: Fairino FR10 and the matching tool cable are listed together, and the seller's attachment only contains the label.

@MiaBrown0905 Ask the carrier if it has the goods, using its published contact details and that reference. Ask the seller who actually collected them, too.

Get the collection number linked to your order and crate label on a document. Otherwise you've just got two mysteries.

A collection receipt should settle where it's in the transport chain. Check that the reference and destination match your order.

@FelixBaker0458 That proves a handover, not its current location. A valid receipt can still leave you wondering where the crate is.

@PriyaAbbott0046 Fair correction. I meant confirmation of collection. Finding its current location takes another answer from the company that has custody.

@FelixBaker0458 Can you tell from label created whether packing happened at all? I never know how much that status actually says.
