Our FR5 ticket contains two different tray-loading stops

I have just found that the phone clip in our Alibaba seller ticket is from a different stop than the message our operator quoted, so the seller has spent part of this wait looking at a housing held over a full tray while reading a note about an empty one.

Split them into two occurrences before sending anything else; can you still identify which message belongs to the filmed stop?

The filmed stop has 'pocket confirmation missing' visible when I pause it, and the separate note says 'tray absent'; I have corrected the ticket so neither is presented as the other.

Which pocket was selected during the filmed one?

Pocket F1, according to the readable job screen, but the operator thought it was finishing the previous row, which may be the useful disagreement in all this.

Has support explained what confirms F1 in that program, rather than just repeating that the tray must be ready?

They say it waits for the receiving fixture's position confirmation at that step, and our controls technician is checking the matching event history because the video cannot show whether that input was present.

Keep the operator's expected row beside that finding; could be a misunderstanding of the screen, could be useful evidence about the sequence, too early to discard it.
