Ask for the crate marks and the collecting business's handover record. Then have the agent match those to a physical receipt. A booking number by itself can exist before anybody has taken custody of the goods.
Tell the agent that is all you have, so they do not treat the seller's collection claim as your confirmation. Your question is still who physically has the marked shipment, including the mounting kit.
