Which UR5e tray-loading event should accompany this sleeve stop?

Our sleeve report includes the mapped input and fixture identity, but support still cannot match my video to the stop. Fifty days on this ticket. What ties the phone footage to the application's actual attempt?

Use the job's attempt reference and a shared visible event to align the footage with the trace. Ask the maintainer which event they can actually identify in both.

Maintainer matched the tray-selection acknowledgement visible on screen. The trace I sent belongs to the following attempt, not the one in the video. Export was named after the time I saved it.

That filename caught you out. Can the earlier trace still be recovered with its own attempt reference?

Recovered. It shows a different receiving tray selected before the wait. The operator's note says tray changed, but doesn't name which one was fitted.

Can the operator identify it from the footage? I wouldn't substitute whatever tray happens to be on the bench now. The important view might be before the bit you originally sent.

Nadia, agreed. Oliver, ask support to compare that selected tray with what was physically present, not just repeat the sensor question.

Earlier footage identifies the fitted tray. It differs from the selection. Integrator reproduced that wait with the mismatch in their application check and is revising changeover confirmation with the trainer. We haven't closed the broader ticket yet.

Did they explain how the covering operator will spot the mismatch? Finding this occurrence is useful, but a clearer selection screen alone may not identify the tray someone has actually fitted.
