I cannot confirm collection of the FR10 I ordered through Alibaba for moving sample trays. The seller in China says shipped, but the carrier page has stayed at label created for thirty days. Same screenshot every time I ask. The controller connection cable is part of the order too. What should I ask for now?

Ask who physically received the consignment and for a handover reference that the carrier or forwarder can check. Include the package list covering that cable. Another label screenshot doesn't answer collection, and a collected crate wouldn't by itself tell you everything inside it.
