I cannot hand this FR10 setup over with the guide supplied: the external controller labels match our order, but one labelled connection is absent from the guide and the seller keeps resending that same file; it remains unpowered while we seek the applicable documentation.

Send the external identification and a clear panel photograph together, asking their technical contact to identify the applicable guide by revision; another copy of the same file won't tell your installer what that connection is, and guessing from where it sits would be sketchy.
