FR10 and tray gripper order: eighteen days at label created. Seller calls it shipped. Can dispatch answer without the screenshot?

Can the dispatch contact provide collector acceptance tied to this package, including the gripper? If it has not been collected, ask them to say so and identify the outstanding preparation.

Asked. Sales says their warehouse will answer. No collector acceptance supplied.

Have they named a warehouse person, Thomas, or is warehouse another word for the place your question disappears? I'd ask sales to put that person on the same reply.

Named person replied. Gripper still awaiting packing check. Order hasn't left.

That changes the reported status. Have they corrected the shipped statement and proposed a collection only after the complete package is ready?

And ask what that check is waiting for. A completed check and a promised check shouldn't share the same reassuring sentence.

They corrected shipped. Checking the ordered finger set against the packed set; no result or collection booking yet.

Keep the package status at awaiting that check. Once they identify the complete contents, the next evidence is actual collector acceptance, not another label generated in anticipation.
