Cannot choose the FR10 location while the brass blank has no gripper

The supplier has the toolmaker's assembly now, but says it needs our door dimensions before updating the route; I have asked the setter to measure the opening and handle at the stop.

Send the closed-clamp arrangement too. The fixture does not become empty space just because the tool is arriving.

Sent those together; their revised layout puts the proposed stand in the position currently used for our fixture trolley.

Then ask the setter whether the trolley can work from somewhere else before accepting that position.

I'd compare the extra handling, not just find an empty square to park it in. We can move almost any trolley if nobody minds walking round three benches every time they need it.

The setter has proposed a parking spot nearer the tool cupboard, but we still need to check the trolley's route to the machine; it is not simply moving a rectangle on the plan.

Does the loaded-tool review pass at that proposed stand position?

It clears in the current model, Hazel, with the gripper closed around the blank; the supplier has not yet included the open-finger return.

Keep the servicing space in that same review, including access needed with the trolley present. I mean its normal parked position; nobody should have to guess where it lives from day to day.

Thanks Ben, that's what our plan tended to miss. A trolley that can move isn't necessarily absent when someone needs to get at a panel.

We've kept base approval open for the return route and combined service-access check; the new trolley spot remains a proposal, not an agreed change to the setter's routine.
