our fr5 seal report starts with the panel already separated

The FR5 tool supplier has shown a seal on one access panel, but our panels arrive stacked and the drawing has no support away from the cups. I want the proposal to cover getting one panel into the nest, not just holding whichever panel somebody kindly hands it

Ask for the complete proposed sequence from the received stack to release in the nest, with support and single-panel confirmation explained; the seal report can stay as evidence for that one limited check

They've proposed manual separation as one option and a separate feeding arrangement as another. Neither includes the receiving support yet, which seems a fairly large common omission

Have the nest designer join that part of the review. The two feeding options may differ, but both still have to deliver a panel the nest can receive without someone straightening it by hand

Nest designer has asked for the actual held-panel shape and release sequence. We've kept the two preparation options separate for costing and left the transfer assessment open

Include your operator's preparation and refill work in the manual option, so it does not win by leaving the person outside the quoted system

Has the tool supplier answered the held-shape question since, Hana? That answer could change either option before you spend more time comparing their prices
