Our dispatch carton fits the proposed FR10 layer in plan view, but its packed underside has a reinforced strip that lands over a gap when turned. Could packaging and tooling review a section through that position before we spend time optimising the carton count?
Yes. Include the carton underneath, the actual pallet support and the tool's release space in that section. Packaging can identify the required support while tooling shows where the fingers need to leave. Use one identified layer revision for both.
