The actual areas those arrows point to, with the full images beside the identified plate; no need to buy another lamp before someone does that fairly important bit
Why is our UR5e trim-plate scratch drawn in three places?

Quality found no damage at two arrows. The third points near a real scratch, but not at it. We have kept the plate and marked the actual region in a full view.
19 pointsCan the camera specialist show that actual scratch in repeated captures of the permitted presentation range? Use the judged plate rather than a new sample that merely looks similar.
6 pointsAnd stop using the two invented defect labels. They won't improve by waiting for the lighting work.
-3 pointsKeep the mistaken images as withdrawn examples, not current references.
6 pointsThe shared reference set is withdrawn. Julia, the scratch is visible at the central presentation but disappears into the bright band near one end of the allowed range.
9 pointsThat's a useful problem to give the optical person, Dinesh; the target isn't make a prettier picture now, it's keep that real scratch visible where the part is allowed to be
13 pointsOr reduce the presentation range if the actual fixture can support it. Don't let a software setting promise mechanical repeatability.
10 pointsAisha, narrowing the range may be an option, but it should still include the variation of accepted parts and normal seating. Dinesh has established repeatable holder seating, not yet every contributor to the presented surface angle.
9 pointsYes. A smaller box on the drawing doesn't move the real plate.
19 pointsThe fixture designer says the current range is needed for the accepted plate variation. We are keeping it. Camera specialist has a different lighting arrangement to compare using this scratched plate and an accepted one.
17 pointsWill the comparison include the other areas quality needs inspected, Dinesh? I once saw a test get rescued by cropping out everything that made it difficult
10 pointsThat is worth making explicit. Improved visibility at one defect region should not remove required surface coverage elsewhere. Keep the full required view with the detail images.
6 pointsYes, Oliver. New arrangement shows the known scratch throughout the required range and keeps the full inspection area. Quality repeated the accepted and reject examples with the camera specialist. No per-picture tilt correction this time.
24 pointsWho resets that arrangement after cleaning?
15 pointsOur setter. She repeated the documented setup after removing and replacing the holder, with the same reference results. The lamp position and sample references are in the setup sheet. Thank you, Julia, for keeping the allowed range tied to actual parts.
6 pointsHas the supplier included that arrangement in its offer?
15 pointsAisha's cleaning question belongs in that offer too, Dinesh, especially if the final layout makes the lamp harder to reach than on the bench
