Cannot accept a UR5e layer pattern without the case support requirement

Our component-case pattern rotates cartons above gaps, despite a preferred support direction. I want the packaging and complete tool-access reviews to use the same actual filled case and load sequence. Which evidence should I request first, before treating the attractive layer count as a design decision?

Ask packaging to mark the required bearing for that case construction over the real lower layer and pallet, then have tooling show the whole approach, release and exit through the placement sequence; include permitted short loads and the person removing them, because those gaps aren't explained by a nice top view

Packaging confirmed that the pictured insert is obsolete. The current filled case has different bearing requirements, so we have replaced that reference before assessing the rotations. Tooling has the current case and shared drawing; no support or access conclusion yet.
