Ask both parties to connect their references to the same physical crate mark, then identify the claimed handover and any warehouse intake record. I would send one compact list of the order, crate mark, stated contents and both references to the seller and agent together. That gives them a specific mismatch to answer instead of letting each resend the document that makes sense inside their own office.
