The arm crate arrived. Our separate tooling-kit crate did not. Consolidated freight says delivered and the receipt counts one unit. Nine days of enquiries have not explained that unit. I want the tooling crate traced by its own mark.
What did receiving actually unload, Amy, and does the consolidator have an incoming record naming both crate marks? Compare those with the onward loading record rather than let one delivered unit stand for the entire order.
Receiving unloaded only the arm crate on its pallet. The consolidator has now supplied an incoming photo with both marks. We have asked it to trace the tooling crate from that receipt to onward loading.
