Our UR5e bracket notes lose the measuring conditions after release

Clamped alignment, released failure, unexplained correction. Which records would separate those before our UR5e plan inherits the routine?

What was actually checked under restraint, Ada? I would establish whether that note is visual alignment or a measurement of the drawing requirement before comparing it with the released result. The word aligned can conceal quite a lot of optimism.

Visual check while restrained. Released inspection has dimensions, but supports and method aren't on the sheet.

Can inspection identify the support arrangement and drawing revision from the linked assembly records? Without those, the released values may not be comparable with final acceptance.

Drawing revision matches. Support arrangement is still unknown. Individual identities survive through released and final checks for three brackets.

Who recorded the correction between those checks, and does their entry name the individual bracket?

Setter entered corrected against the batch. No individual detail. I won't assign the same correction to all three.

Use the linked records to identify missing stages for a new study, then. Keep the restrained observation, released values and corrected final result distinct. The welding and inspection owners should define the next comparison rather than let an unexplained batch note become the new cell's process instruction.

Will ordinary acceptable brackets be included too, not only those selected because they needed attention?

Yes, ordinary work is included. Quality owns the support method; process lead owns fit-up and correction entries. Study results pending.

Good. Have whoever performs correction enter it directly, so this study does not recreate the batch-level gap.
