Main UR5e delivery checked. Extra mounting adapter missing. Seller sent a contents summary counting the installed adapter again under spares. I returned it with the two order lines marked separately. Still getting next shipment rather than a supply answer.
Ask whether the actual additional adapter is available, because promising a shipment does not tell you whether they have made the thing they want to put in it.
They say it needs machining. No completion estimate. The spare line now says outstanding on their summary, so at least the fitted one has stopped multiplying.
Get the drawing reference into that machining proposal too, so receiving any roughly similar plate does not become the next argument about whether they fulfilled the order.
Requested the confirmed assembly drawing. Purchasing is also asking for a separate dispatch estimate, not a promise to attach it to an unknown future order.
I'd price a complete spare locally as an option, with the same drawing, then you can discuss waiting or credit without inventing what replacement would cost.
Locating pieces are included. We have the approved drawing now. Local quote requested against the whole assembly. No credit accepted and no local order placed.
No estimate yet. Purchasing owns both options. Maintenance knows the installed adapter is present and the spare isn't; I won't put an imaginary replacement date in the handover.
