Can't choose another pickup edit while the housing sits crooked

Looks flat in the clip. I haven't checked the tray pockets themselves.

Start with a loose housing in the suspect pocket, with the cell isolated for inspection. Check for rocking and dirt underneath. Cheap check. A camera angle can hide a surprising amount.

Maintenance found rocking in one pocket. Other pockets sit flat, but their pickups also look crooked.

Were those flat-pocket parts from the same moulding batch? I'd keep a few identified samples. Sorry, I mean identify the actual parts in the videos too, not just set aside a fresh handful.

We lost a shift comparing a clean new tray with an old production tray. Give maintenance the one people actually complain about, with its pocket numbers.

A replacement could explain a later change, though it wouldn't explain why the first pickup edit was needed. The sequence of changes matters here

Any photos of the old fingers? Might save some guessing if they've already gone in the scrap bin

Compare the contact shapes and fitted orientation with the tooling drawing, because two fingers can look like a pair in a box and be quite wrong together

Jamie is right about the earlier problem. Fixing whatever happened at the finger change won't magically explain edits one and two. Please don't let this become 'all sorted' because the newest symptom has a plausible cause
