Two freight references and no location for my FR5 order

Six days asking where my FR5 and matching controller cable are. Seller says handed to their freight agent; agent says awaiting warehouse receipt under another reference. What connects those accounts?

Does the seller mean the goods changed hands, or that a booking was handed to the agent? Ask for the physical handover record against your package identifiers.

Can both parties put their references beside the same package description and count? That would let you ask one location question about identified goods rather than relay two status phrases indefinitely.

Seller sent a signed collection sheet. It names a collection depot, not the export warehouse the agent was checking. Package labels match my order.

Can the agent trace that depot receipt forward? You've established a handover point, but not necessarily the present location.

And does the sheet identify the controller cable package, or merely the robot crate? I would keep any unlisted item separate in the enquiry.

Agent located the consignment at the collection depot under the seller's reference. Their export-warehouse booking had not been linked. Cable is listed inside the controller package; that's paperwork, not my receipt check.

Both references now appear on the forwarding record. Location query is answered; onward dispatch is still pending. Nadia, thanks, asking for one package list finally stopped the circular emails.
