Cannot choose the softer UR5e sleeve pads from these photographs

Our proposed sleeve tool has left bands on the anodised surface in the bench photos. Supplier says softer pads. Maybe, but nobody has agreed whether these bands fail our finish requirement, and the proposal says nothing about a sleeve sticking during release. What would make this a proper comparison?

Have quality judge the identified sleeves first. What was their condition before the bench handling?

We have arrival photographs, but not enough to pair every handled sleeve with a before view. I've asked quality for a fresh identified comparison set and the viewing method.

Try that agreed comparison before purchasing pad stock. Ask the supplier to show holding and release with representative sleeves, not simply send a softer-looking material sample.

Jane, include the receiving tray. A free release above a bench misses the actual placement.

Yes, the receiving arrangement belongs in it. And ask how the proposed pads are cleaned and replaced so the first pristine set isn't the only condition considered.

Quality has set the appearance comparison. Supplier's new bench report covers holding, but release into our tray is still missing. Thanks Jane; neither pad is selected from the appearance pictures alone.

Did they explain the omitted release check, or just leave it out again?
