The tray picture stays green when our UR5e stops

I've got a phone video of our UR5e waiting over a sleeve tray while the little tray-ready picture stays green. Support want another video. The first one already shows everything I can see from outside. I know from my startup-helper headache that a friendly screen message can hide an unanswered request. Different application here, but same reason I'm suspicious of that green picture. What can I ask our programmer to capture before we buy more logging software? The seller has had this sitting for a month.

Does green mean the tray is ready now, or was ready once?

Was ready once, apparently. Programmer says it only changes when another tray message arrives. Well, that's a useful thing to put on a status screen.

Then call it last tray message. Green forever is doing a lot of unpaid acting there.

Still doesn't explain the stop though.

No, Gabriel, it doesn't. It does explain why I kept telling support the tray input was present. I've withdrawn that bit and asked for the actual input alongside the waiting step.

Our display showed an event after the underlying log had already written it, which made the screen recording awkward to interpret. Ask for the source and meaning of each captured value too. A timestamp on a picture is not necessarily the moment that input changed

We spent a visit filming the wrong cabinet lamp. Send one annotated still showing what each visible indicator actually represents before making another film.

Thomas, the annotated still helped. Bruno, programmer has added where each value comes from. We now have one stop where the tray-ready input drops but the picture stays green. I'm not calling that the cause of all the stops yet.

Did support finally answer the new capture, or are they still asking for cinema?

They've asked our installer to check the tray-ready circuit. That's at least a specific request. Thanks for the last-message wording, Robin; the display label is changed and nobody's treating it as a live input now.

I would like to hear whether the next stop has that same input change. One useful capture already, but intermittent faults can make a convincing first explanation look rather less decent later
