Our FR10 spare adapter has a stock answer but still no dispatch

Order contact says their warehouse is waiting for a dispatch instruction. Sales had been attaching the spare to an unconfirmed future order. We have no such order planned.

Can that order contact authorise the separate instruction?

Yes. They have agreed separate dispatch against our outstanding line and confirmed the original adapter reference. No additional purchase required. Awaiting collection details.

We had a spare reserved in a warehouse for weeks because nobody issued the release. Annoying, but the named person who could issue it mattered more than another copy of our invoice. Has yours actually sent that instruction?

Instruction issued and warehouse acknowledged it. Shipping has asked us to confirm the receiving contact, which we have done. Still no collection event.

Has the carrier taken it since that acknowledgement, Rosa? The warehouse instruction is useful progress, but I would keep the spare unavailable in your maintenance plan until the physical receipt and check.

And give receiving the outstanding-line reference. Otherwise it becomes another unexplained small parcel.

Carrier collection is now recorded against the separate parcel, and receiving has its reference plus the adapter details. The spare is expected, not available. Main package remains closed apart from this line.
