Two freight references, no receipt for our crate

I need to know who has our FR10 before I move the tray station out of its space. Seller says handed to freight. Freight says waiting for receipt and quotes another number. Neither can point to our crate. I've asked for the handover record and got the booking again.

Ask the seller to identify the receiving company and handover location, then have that company link its receipt to your crate markings. The two references may describe different stages, but somebody needs to show the connection.

Seller named a depot. Agent says that depot belongs to their collection subcontractor. I've asked both of them to copy the depot contact into the reply.

That gives the enquiry somewhere specific to go. Have you sent the crate markings as well, including any separate package for the mounting kit?

Sent the packing list and label photos. Mounting kit is listed inside the main crate. Depot contact has not replied yet.

The depot may use a receipt number your agent has never seen, though I can't tell from here; ask whoever answers to include the crate marks in the confirmation

Mina, I'd also leave the existing tray station in place until you have an arrival plan you can use. You already have enough uncertainty without creating a gap on your own floor.

We cleared a bench for a booking once. The booking enjoyed excellent working conditions.

The station stays put. Henry, that's exactly what I'm trying to avoid. Depot finally replied with a receipt, but it names the seller and gives a weight, no crate mark.

I'd ask the seller to sort that match with the depot directly; you shouldn't have to identify their own shipment from a weight and somebody else's customer name.

A receiving photograph might help them make the match, if the depot took one. I wouldn't choose a receipt line only because its weight looks close

Seller and depot are comparing the intake photos. Still no match confirmed. I've told planning the order's location is unknown, not at depot, which was starting to creep into the schedule.

Has the agent given a named person to follow up that search? You have narrowed the gap, but somebody still needs to close it without another round of forwarded bookings.
