Our UR5e bezel folder has a scratch arrow that moves with the bright band. Quality's physical reject is near a mounting notch instead. I want those labels straight before anyone tunes the camera trial.

Match the untouched full views to the physical bezel and its confirmed defect location, keeping a quality-accepted bezel beside it; then compare presentation and lighting without treating the moving band as another confirmed scratch.

The extra arrow was somebody's guess. Removed it from the working set, kept the original capture. Quality matched the actual scratch beside the notch and supplied an accepted bezel too.

Have the vision person repeat those identified parts with camera settings held while the allowed presentation changes, so the real defect must stay usable across the intended seating range.

Repeat shows the real scratch gets faint at one allowed seating position, so vision is comparing another lighting arrangement. Thanks for keeping the accepted bezel in there; its bright band is the louder image.

Keep that difficult position in the comparison and ask the fixture designer to confirm the required range; removing the awkward image would not remove that position from the job.
