FR10 sleeve wait with two different seated indications

My latest support capture includes the FR10 job identity and the lead-in to the sleeve-loading stop. The screen says seated, yet the job waits for seat confirmation. Our seller ticket through Alibaba is 29 days old and I don't want to send another video that just shows the arm waiting. Which meaning of seated should I ask the author to explain?

Ask which signal drives that screen word and which condition the job is waiting for; two matching labels can hide two different sources.

Retain the field identities as well as their displayed labels. A screenshot saying seated twice does not let the author trace either value back to the application.

The screen word belongs to the tray position. The job is waiting for the sleeve-in-fixture input. I had called them both seated in the email, which can't have helped.

Easy mistake. Does the fixture input appear in your capture?

Yes. It drops briefly before the wait. The sleeve is already in the fixture, but the phone angle doesn't show its seating face.

Has anyone checked the sleeve and fixture physically?

Leo, give maintenance that specific input and occurrence, not just the old general stop description; they can inspect the relevant fixture condition without chasing the tray indication.

Maintenance found the sensor mounting loose. They could move the bracket during the isolated inspection and its witness mark had shifted. The sleeve itself seated against the intended faces in their check.

That finding is relevant to the input loss. Have the maintainer and package author agreed what to verify after the mounting repair?

And change that screen wording. Otherwise someone else will send the same misleading email.

They're using the documented mounting arrangement and agreed return checks. The author is also changing the display to tray seated and sleeve confirmation, with separate states.

Will the check include the sleeve sizes you normally load?

Ada's range question matters. A repair checked with one convenient sleeve can leave the edge of your accepted range unexamined.

Lin, yes, but let the process owner identify that range rather than asking maintenance to collect random difficult-looking parts.

They already have the identified accepted sleeve set from quality. That's what the check plan uses, including repeated loading and a stop-and-return check. Thanks for asking before I called one clean cycle a result.

Mounting repaired and the agreed checks completed with maintenance and the operator. The fixture input stayed consistent with the observed sleeve condition on the identified samples. The original drop-and-wait sequence did not recur in those checks.

Did the two screen labels make it into the installed version?

Yes. The operator demonstrated both indications during handover and could explain the difference. We've closed this ticket for the loose mounting and misleading display, with the sample checks attached.
