the carton pattern leaves nowhere for the fingers

Our UR5e pallet drawing now marks the carton support strips. Packaging wants the gaps closed under the rotated boxes. The tooling supplier wants those same gaps for finger withdrawal. I need a usable pattern, not another drawing passed between them

Put both proposed changes on the same revision, because each supplier can make their own drawing look right while leaving the other one impossible.

They have the same revision. They disagree about which requirement changes. I am asking who develops the alternatives, not which attachment to send

Then the integrator needs to bring alternative patterns or tooling arrangements to both reviewers, and I would not choose a compromise gap from the desk just to get an answer back.

Integrator has proposed a different layer arrangement. Packaging is checking support and the tool supplier is checking withdrawal on that one. It uses fewer cartons per layer, which has made the production meeting lively

Fewer per layer might still be the useful option, but ask production what that changes over a full pallet and a normal shift before anyone calls it too slow.
