I ordered a UR5e and matching controller cable for sample-tray transfer. Seller in China says handed to the freight agent; agent says awaiting warehouse receipt under another reference. Twelve days asking where it is. How do I connect those accounts to actual custody?
Put both references, order identity and crate markings in one enquiry. Ask the seller for the dated handover record and the agent to link it to a receipt, or confirm receipt is absent.
Joint enquiry sent. Agent says it is checking whether the seller's reference became a consolidation reference. No physical receipt supplied yet. The controller cable remains on the contents enquiry too.
