Our FR5 arm crate arrived through consolidated freight. The separately identified mounting-hardware crate did not. After 45 days of queries, the carrier still points to delivered and our receipt has an ambiguous package count. I cannot decide whether the missing crate reached this depot or travelled under another reference.
What does the receipt actually count? Crates, pallets, or a consignment? Annoying distinction, but one pallet can hide several package marks and delivered can mean less than you think.
It says two packages beside a handwritten one. Neither entry has a crate identifier. Our receiving photograph shows the arm crate alone. I have asked for the unloading record linked to the missing mark.
Keep that photograph with the receipt. I wouldn't turn the handwritten one into proof of anything yet. Someone needs to explain what was counted, and where the other marked crate was last physically handled.
