What will narrow our UR5e spacer stop beyond a phone video?

Our imported spacer tray-loading package stops intermittently. The unnamed Alibaba seller has had the report for 53 days and wants more information. I want the exact state preserved before anyone clears the message. What should sit beside the clip so support can investigate one actual occurrence?

Event time, exact message, active step and installed job and fixture references. Then matching controller and ordinary PLC records, not screenshots from another run

Maintenance matched the clip to the log interval. It is a programmed wait for destination available, with no controller alarm in that interval. The operator had described it as an arm fault because the arm stopped moving.

Correct that description. What actual condition defines destination available in the installed job? The screen label alone won't answer it

It combines the tray-present indication with an ordinary occupied-pocket check. Support's application engineer has the matching records and is comparing those conditions. No root cause yet. The ticket now names the wait, not an established arm fault.

Have they identified which condition was missing at that occurrence? That is the next answer worth chasing
