I have two references for our UR5e and gripper mounting kit, and neither party will connect them. The seller says handed over; the freight agent says warehouse receipt pending. After 13 days of enquiries I still cannot give our workshop a physical location, only two incompatible status messages.
Ask for the physical crate mark and the collection receipt, then have the seller and agent reconcile those together (including which warehouse is meant to receive it).
The agent found a receipt at its consolidation depot under the collector's reference. A warehouse photograph shows our crate mark, and the seller's packing list includes the mounting kit. The onward warehouse has not received it because that leg has not happened.
The depot confirms it remains in their holding area. No onward booking yet; the seller and agent disagree about who was meant to instruct it. I have asked them to settle that directly.
Our seller called a planned pickup a completed handover and the crate was still in their bay, so I would keep your confirmed depot location separate from whatever collection they next propose.
