Our FR10 hardware-kit packing trial transfers bags nicely once somebody has flattened and arranged them. Every kit change adds another divider or guide. I keep making the next one because the last one nearly worked. What would make you stop spending time on this without writing off the useful bit too?
She likes the transfer on the standard kit. Hates arranging the long bags, and says my newest guides make that worse. Fair comment, if not my favourite one.
We've stopped adding variants and agreed to compare one standard-kit order with the manual method. Setup, preparation and my interventions all included. Thanks, Louis, excluding the long bags makes the question manageable.
Elliot, yes, same operator and kit. Liam and Louis, we want less repetitive handling without increasing total labour or needing me called over during the order. Those are the agreed questions, not an automatic pass for moving bags.
Our production lead and operator will decide with me. The first comparison needed two interventions, so we're not declaring it ready. One was a poor tray presentation; the other still needs explaining.
