Our FR5 arm crate arrived but the separately marked tooling crate did not. The delivery receipt counts pallets, while the consolidation note counts packages. I need to connect those two counts before another delivered screenshot turns up.
We had two boxes recorded as one pallet. Ask for the crate marks assigned to each pallet at consolidation and the receiving breakdown, rather than comparing the bare totals.
That uncovered it: tooling mark was allocated to a second pallet, not the one we received. Agent is searching that pallet by its own reference. No physical location yet, but thanks for the counting distinction.
