The FR10 movement video still does not identify our contact pads

I asked for the agreed pre-shipment fixture-loading demonstration, but the seller sent general FR10 movement with the pad faces out of view; I cannot link the tool or samples to our order, so I need a more specific request rather than another longer clip.

Ask for the package and fitted-tool identifiers in the recording, then the agreed sample pickup, transfer and release. Longer footage of the same unidentified movement leaves the same gap.

They sent a photograph of the labelled pad bag beside the robot. It matches our reference, but does not show the pads fitted.

Ask for the fitted assembly identified, not just the bag; the handling view should show the agreed samples and their condition after release

Requested. I have kept the bag photograph as useful identification, but have not treated it as evidence of which pads are installed.

Does the seller understand which observations were agreed for the demonstration? Put those beside the missing views, so they answer your order rather than send their standard movement video again.

Yes, I attached the confirmed demonstration list. Their reply acknowledges pickup and release are still missing from what they supplied.

Then keep those as outstanding observations until the identified setup is actually shown handling the samples; acknowledging the gap is useful but doesn't complete the demonstration

Have they now confirmed the fitted pad reference too, Reece, or only agreed to record it?
