Our FR10 sleeve-unloading trial pauses halfway through, and I sent the seller a video consisting largely of stationary machinery. They want more detail. Fair. What should I capture so the next reply isn't another request for more detail?

Exact message, job step, setup version and a matched event log from one occurrence. Include what the operator observed just before the pause, and nominate one person to keep the seller and local controls contact on the same account.

Found the message in the operator's photo: waiting for fixture clear. So 'robot fault' was my invention. Ticket corrected, PLC owner checking the input history. The video has finally acquired a plot.

Send that correction with the matching occurrence details. Ask the PLC owner to distinguish the actual fixture condition from the signal seen by the application before anyone selects a replacement part.
