We planned 176 inspected items, but the dashboard is counting repeat coupon checks after restart as more production. A failed item can have a reviewed retry. I need one accepted-item total and the failed attempts kept visible. What should the count be built from?
Build it from distinct item identities meeting the agreed acceptance rule, with each attempt and reviewed retry retained beneath its item; test a failed attempt, an accepted retry and duplicate result delivery across restart before trusting the total.
Our maintainer has separated item identity from attempt identity in the proposed report. The fail and reviewed retry now belong to one item in the offline example. Restart and repeated-delivery checks remain to do, so I am not using the new total for completion yet.
