Can our extra FR10 pendant cable get a definite supply answer?

Main hardware matches, fitted cable present; spare kit still missing after 33 days of next shipment replies. What should I request?

Send the agreed spare-kit lines with the receiving shortfall. Ask for actual availability and standalone dispatch terms, not another assurance that the installed pendant has its cable.

Seller acknowledges the additional cable and complete kit are missing, but says supply depends on their next consolidation.

Have they named that consolidation booking, or is it only a possible future route? I would ask for an alternative if they cannot give an actual supply plan.

No booking. They've offered a credit instead; purchasing is checking it against the whole kit, not only the cable.

That could be a practical option, but compare the correct local replacement and lead time too. A credit that closes the order may still leave maintenance buying an unsuitable or unavailable spare.

And keep offered credit separate from money received. You have a proposal to consider, not a settled shortage yet.

Compatible local kit priced and available, but the credit leaves a gap. Purchasing hasn't accepted it or closed the shortage.

Then the decision is visible at last: wait for a real supply plan or negotiate the credit against an identified alternative. The old next-shipment phrase didn't even let you compare those choices.
