two freight references and no sight of our ur5e

Our seller says the UR5e package and matching controller cable went to the agent; the agent says its warehouse has not received them. They quote different references. After 51 days I want someone to identify the physical crate, not send the same booking message again.

Ask the seller who physically took the crate, with the handover record and crate mark, then ask the named receiver to confirm that receipt against the agent's reference.

Seller has sent a collection note naming a local consolidator. The agent says that is not its warehouse reference. Crate mark is readable on the note.

Has the consolidator confirmed it holds that crate?

It confirmed receipt under the seller's reference, but has only offered an old intake photograph so far. I've asked where the crate is now.

That is the missing question. An intake photo tells you it arrived there once, not whether it stayed, moved or got booked under another reference. Ask them to link any onward movement to the same crate mark.

Include both references in the same enquiry so the consolidator and agent can answer each other, rather than using you as the translation service.

Is your installer still unbooked?

Yes. Consolidator now confirms the crate is still in its store. It was awaiting a release instruction that the seller thought the agent had sent; they're sorting that out together.

At least the location is no longer a booking number.

Did they confirm the crate's current condition too? If it has sat there throughout, I would want an external condition check before its next movement is arranged.

They sent current external photographs and reported no visible packaging damage. The crate mark matches; the cable remains listed inside. Release instruction is agreed, but collection has not happened.

Then the next useful update is the actual handover to the agent, carrying that crate mark and both references forward.
